These Terms govern your use of KODA and related Affinify services. By creating an account or using the products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
KODA provides AI-assisted development tools, workspaces, and integrations. Features vary by plan (Hobby, Pro, Pro+, MAX, Ultra, Teams, Enterprise). We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, or use the service to generate harmful or illegal content. We may suspend accounts that pose risk to users or infrastructure.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Affinify a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service, including routing to AI providers you select.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you choose. Credits and usage limits are defined per plan. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout or your enterprise agreement.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing code and decisions before production use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affinify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil unless your enterprise agreement states otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed via support@affinify.com.
